PhoneCommand.app is designed to store account profile information, organization membership details, callback message content, assignment status, and audit activity needed to operate the workflow.

How the product is designed to use information

Message information is used to capture, route, notify, and close customer callbacks inside authenticated workspaces. Notification templates are designed to send users back to the app rather than include caller details.

Operational providers

The pilot build uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing workflows, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for web hosting. Provider terms and data processing terms should be reviewed before launch.
